The license fee scales with your number of users, not with the features you use. There are no module add-ons, no hidden charges, and no surprises at renewal. No. Your annual license includes free installation on your hardware, free onboarding to set up your chart of accounts and workflows, free data migration from your existing system (Tally, Excel, or otherwise), and free software updates throughout the subscription year. When you renew, you pay the same license fee - no add-on bills.
No per-user fees the way cloud SaaS charges them. Shikhar ERP uses a single annual license that covers your team. Pricing takes your team size into account when we quote, but there is no separate monthly per-seat charge added on top. You pay one annual amount and your whole team can use it - including role-based access control so each person sees only what they need.
Shikhar ERP is an annual subscription license - it renews each year. It is not a one-time perpetual license. The key difference from a cloud subscription is that the software runs entirely on your own machine. Your data is yours. You are paying for an annual right to use the software and receive updates and support - not for ongoing server access. Renewal pricing is transparent and predictable.
If your annual license expires, all your existing data remains fully intact and accessible for reference - your history is never deleted or held hostage. Creating new transactions will be locked until you renew.
